Over my time at The University of York, I have had the pleasure of meeting several bands and performers, which has lead me to running the sound operation of a number of small gigs. This has involved the setup and teardown of PA systems, signal flow management, live mixing of audio and more.

Sound engineering has taught me problem solving on the spot and working under stressful situations. My extensive background in music production has given me an incredible head-start in live-audio mixing and general capability in the field. This includes knowledge of equipment and live mixing desks (analogue and digital), a trained ear for live mixing, micing acoustic instruments, and of course cable management!

Attending gigs is one of my favourite things to do, and being part of the process of bringing a production to life gives me an immense sense of self gratitude

Sound engineering is a great pleasure of mine, and I am always jumping at the oppourtunity to get more experience in the field.
